Gwen states that she took this picture of her park's resident red-shouldered hawk perched on a ladder in front of our neighbour's house the other day. He likes to visit around 4 p.m. when the birds tend to gather at our feeder - today he almost got a dove. Maybe we'll have to quit feeding them.
